Successfully created RC/TV function to retrieve users. It will work as follows:
SuperAdmin ⇒ View All Users
Primary Users → View "My" Sub Users
Sub Users → Follows permission nodes if granted by SuperAdmin or Primary User.
Build Successful.
Push 30% completion.
Changed User Manager to only display instances the primary / super admin have permission for.
This will prevent users who do NOT have permissions from assigning permissions for instances they do not have permissions for.
